Job Description

  • Position Title: Quality Service Cleanliness (QSC) & Training Executive
  • Working Location: Jurong West
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM - 6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities
    • Provide training to sales staff at outlets, focusing on quality, service, and cleanliness.
    • Liaise with franchise partners, both locally and overseas, for all sales-related activities
    • Monitor and follow up with clients and franchise partners to collect sales data and prepare monthly reports for management
    • Work closely with store managers and staff in Singapore to improve quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC).
    • Support team efforts by working with other staff to coordinate sales activities.
    • Learn and follow company rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    • Has 1-2 years of working experience in the F&B industry
    • Prior training experience in F&B sectors are an added advantage
    • Availability to work at outlets/stores as and when required
