A quality-focused leader is needed to elevate service standards and training expertise within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to sales staff at various outlets on quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Liaise with partners for all sales-related activities, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Closely monitor and follow up with clients and partners to collect sales data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Work in tandem with store managers and staff in Singapore to enhance quality, service, and cleanliness across all outlets.
  • Support team efforts by collaborating with other staff to coordinate sales activities and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree from any recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Prior training experience in the F&B sector is an added advantage.
