Job Title: Senior Training Specialist


As a Senior Training Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our retail staff. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs that cater to the needs of our employees.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and action plans.
  • Design and execute classroom and on-the-job training for retail staff.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer service and retail sales processes.
  • Engage with retail staff to mentor them towards achieving sales targets and company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in providing training in sports, retail, or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
