Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and assistance to our guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in experience.
  • Address guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception or Guest Service is preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Possess a pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
