You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement framework and technology enhancements, improving end-to-end delivery speed and buyer satisfaction.

This mid-senior level position requires a strong product management background, including experience in launching consumer-facing products.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with high standards and a bias toward action, who prioritizes customer experience and can maintain multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience is required, as well as fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis and develop solutions to improve logistics efficiency and consistency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement framework and technology enhancements.
  • Develop and implement logistics initiatives to enhance buyer experience.
  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the logistics aspect of marketplace business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including launching consumer-facing products.
  • Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Bias toward action and high standards.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
