It also helps suppliers to expand their customer base by supporting the internationalization of their products and connecting them with reputable buyers. The platform leverages decentralised technology to enable users to have control and ownership over their data.

Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

**Lead Product Manager, Global Logistics (China or SG)**

In this role you will help shape Trustana's cross-border shipping experience for customers, selling partners, internal teams, and external partners. We are building building cost-effective, convenient, and sustainable logistics products that connect global manufacturing locations, distribution centres, and customers worldwide. This role will help shape a fast-growing business and our technical journey has only started.

As an influential leader, you will work with teams from across the globe, and define the vision for how we architect, invent, and deliver capabilities that can set Trustana's logistics products apart. You will own developing & executing a multi-year roadmap, identifying insights from our partners, and building new technology platforms with engineering, data science, operations and analytics teams.

**Key job responsibilities**
- Partnering with key stakeholders to define a vision and translate it to a concrete roadmap to launch and scale products globally
- Lead investment, prioritisation and trade off discussions
- Work with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to develop detailed product, business and UI requirements for large-scale and complex product launches
- Hold accountability for overall product experience and financial performance of the product area
- Manage project milestones from design to launch, proactively identifying and resolve strategic and tactical issues, providing cross-functional leadership to deliver to the program.
- Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer's and Seller's needs

**Basic Qualifications**
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in Air freight industry and strategy, global logistics
- Relevant product management experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- International business experience and relevant industry expertise
