Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Expert to support and implement demand planning processes and systems across the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating accurate demand forecasting, enhancing data analytics, and ensuring supply chain efficiency.


This role is responsible for implementing and optimizing demand planning processes and systems for the APAC region. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of planning strategies. Additionally, you will facilitate and improve demand planning cycles through structured processes and data analytics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, validate, and analyze demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models
  • Leverage Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for enhanced decision-making
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and refine demand planning strategies
  • Conduct regular reviews with APAC stakeholders to address demand planning challenges and opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, OMP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
