About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Export Planner to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing load plans for daily operations, updating load plans, and confirming containers with export consolidation.
  • They will also troubleshoot cargo disputes and plan export consolidation, work with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments, and provide updates to customers.
  • In addition, they will work with customers to fulfill their requirements, resolve problems, create and send invoices, and coordinate with various functions as required.
  • Answering phone calls and performing administrative tasks will also be part of their responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be willing to adapt to a warehouse working environment and have a keen willingness to learn with a positive mindset.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the related field is required for this position.
