Job Title: Educational Centre Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Centre Manager to lead our preschool in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, curriculum delivery, and staff management to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children's holistic development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for centre operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise educators to uphold high standards of teaching and care.
  • Oversee curriculum planning and implementation to ensure quality early childhood programmes.
  • Develop frameworks and processes to support children's learning, safety, and well-being.
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents, families, and the community.
  • Manage enrolment, staffing, budgeting, and other administrative functions to achieve centre goals.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and professional development initiatives within the centre.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent, recognised by ECDA.
  • At least 2–3 years of leadership/management experience in a preschool setting.
  • Strong understanding of ECDA licensing standards and curriculum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to the holistic development of young children.
