DeFi/Social Contract Manager

The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of operations, developing and implementing annual business goals and growth strategies in line with the company's vision. This includes managing business-oriented product lines, guiding research and development, technological innovation, and sales efforts.

This role oversees the full product management lifecycle, from R&D to version releases, ongoing updates, and complete lifecycle management. The successful candidate will also drive business development and partnership efforts, leading negotiations and building relationships with strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all operational components, including market growth, product development, project execution, and effective team leadership.
  • Develop and implement annual business goals and growth strategies.
  • Manage business-oriented product lines, including research and development, technological innovation, and sales efforts.
  • Oversee the full product management lifecycle, from R&D to version releases, ongoing updates, and complete lifecycle management.
  • Drive business development and partnership efforts, leading negotiations and building relationships with strategic partners.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership to advance organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in Web3/ DeFi space, with a demonstrated history in a senior executive or leadership role in tech-focused settings.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in DeFi and Smart Contract frameworks.
  • Extensive expertise in operations management, strategic planning, R&D leadership, and team oversight.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
