DeFi Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager with technical expertise to lead the development of our DeFi product suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate strategic product ideas into detailed, technically sound feature specs via research, A/B testing and data analysis
- Collaborate with technical team to scope architecture, contracts, and implementation options
- Manage the design of intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX for complex DeFi products
- Research competitor protocols and user behavior to inform product design and mechanics
- Own delivery: planning, timeline management, QA testing, and iteration
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally in DeFi, fintech, or technical products
- Strong technical background - ability to read code, understand smart contract architecture, and communicate effectively with engineers
- Deep UX/UI intuition and experience collaborating with designers on clean user flows
- Structured, analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven experience shipping polished features with cross-functional teams
