We are looking for a skilled **On-Chain Engineer**to join our high-performance DeFi development team. You will be responsible for building secure, efficient, and innovative smart contracts, integrating with leading protocols and optimizing on-chain strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and integrate mainstream DeFi protocols (e.g., Aave, Curve, Yearn Finance) to build composable financial products.
- Design and develop secure and gas-efficient smart contracts in **Solidity**, deployable on Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains.
- Collaborate with strategy teams to implement automated arbitrage, yield aggregation, and liquidity management logic.
- Optimize gas usage and conduct rigorous smart contract audits to ensure on-chain security.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the DeFi space and enhance protocol integration capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Solidity with a strong grasp of smart contract design patterns and security best practices.
- Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols (e.g., Aave v2/v3, Curve, Yearn, Uniswap, Balancer).
- Hands-on experience with development tools such as Foundry, Hardhat, Ethers.js, Web3.js.
- Understanding of on-chain data structures, transaction mechanisms, flash loans, and yield aggregators.
- Ability to read and integrate third-party protocol smart contracts independently.
- In-depth understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities and defense mechanisms (e.g., reentrancy, oracle manipulation, MEV).
- Experience deploying DeFi products or contributing to mainstream DeFi protocol codebases is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions, Rollups, cross-chain bridges, and infrastructure tools.
- Experience with Aave v3 (e.g., eMode, isolated reserves), Curve’s veTokenomics, and Yearn v3 strategy design is a strong plus.
- Strong logical thinking and software engineering capabilities.
- Proficient in English; able to read technical documentation and open-source codebases.
