Job Overview:
This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing certain sections of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.
- Prepare a detailed programme and ensure that the assigned tasks are completed within the time frame as stipulated in the master programme.
- Implementation of all quality control, safety, health, and environmental procedures and requirements.
- Complete the project with quality to meet client's/consultant's requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Authorities' requirements.
- To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving technical problems, submission of drawings and samples, etc.
- Manage actual costs of work so that they are below budgeted costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in handling technical coordination and basement construction is preferred.
