Construction Project Coordinator Position

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
]Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling of project activities
- Manage the project team and resources to ensure timely completion of projects
- Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless work progress
- Prepare and submit project plans and reports as required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in Building Construction or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in local construction industry
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident status
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with tender evaluation, preparation, and quotation processes
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
