Job Overview:

Tenant Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tenant Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our tenant relations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
  • Track and analyze the performance of tenants
  • Engage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansion
  • Conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions
  • Liaise with tenants on operational feedback and leasing matters
  • Support the Central Leasing team in terms of lease management and administration
  • Evaluate tenants' adherence to lease terms
  • Ensure property tax levied is in line with committed rentals
  • Provide actionable insights from tenants' sales data for reporting purposes
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in similar roles
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Positive disposition, resourcefulness, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries, preferably in shopping complexes
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
