Scale up revenue from Bulk/Retail/Corporate Remittance business. Focusing on new acquisitions relating to Salary accounts & corporate deposits.
- New Corporate & Individual Bank Account Opening and related KYC documentation
- Ensure adherence to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML/CFT norms
- Maintaining relationship with Key Accounts and ensure timely processing of remittance transactions through coordination with other departments such as Operations & Compliance
- To attend to customer queries/complaints and ensure they are resolved and nil escalation / operational loss to bank
- To ensure complete adherence to compliance and organizational policies and procedures

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

- Awareness of competitor offerings and overall market scenario
- Networking skills for identifying new business opportunities
- Job Requirements/ Specification:

- Degree in any discipline
- More than 5 years of sales and relationship management experience in Banking/ Financial services.
- Functional Skills:

- You must have knowledge of Bank’s products and processes
- You must have experience in managing customer relationships and issue resolution
- Behavioral Skills
- Coordinating with various Departments/Teams.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
