Beverage Preparation Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Beverage Preparation Specialist. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Beverages and Food Items: Prepare espresso coffee, coffee latte art, smoothie, waffle and other food or beverage items according to established procedures.
  • Assistance with Menu Item Preparation: Assist in preparation of menu items according to standard operating procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Operate Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering materials as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Communication and Teamwork Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
