Job Overview:

As a skilled Beverage Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by serving hot and cold beverages with precision and care. Your attention to detail will ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of all drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Expertly prepare and serve toast, specialty beverages, coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, and other hot and cold drinks according to standard recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all beverages meet our high-quality standards, with consistent flavor, temperature, and presentation.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and maintain adequate levels of beverage ingredients, toppings, and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.


Requirements:

Skill Requirements
  • Coffee Making: Skilled in preparing and serving various types of coffee, including espresso-based drinks.
  • Drink Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations, such as peak hours or menu updates.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Certification: Possession of a Food Hygiene Level 1 certification, demonstrating knowledge of safe food handling practices.
