Business Growth Specialist

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will engage with customers and new leads to promote the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will develop strong relationships with key team members and decision-makers within your territory.

You will utilize your business development skills to create opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated customer set (region or vertical) in the SMB space responsible for the full sales cycle.
  • Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics with an emphasis on new business while growing existing accounts.
  • Apply solution selling expertise to efficiently respond to customer needs and identify business potential to create strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  • Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
  • Collaborate with Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and opportunities.
  • Develop account strategy and territory plan for the Singapore Market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales.
  • Experience in the Singapore market with a successful track record.
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships internally and with customers.
  • Effective communication skills to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales proving consistent delivery against targets.
  • High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Salesforce.
