Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Vessel Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally sound operation standard in compliance with international regulations.
  • Manage daily vessel operations, including cargo handling, port operations, anchoring and mooring, technical/engine room operations, and monitoring maintenance systems.
  • Evaluate and monitor reporting from vessels, act as required, and inform other office sections and external bodies as relevant.
  • Liaise with principals regarding vessel safe operations, conduct shipboard inspections, and prepare visit executive summaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of vessel operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
