Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Management Professional to oversee the workflow pipeline, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of all confirmed projects. The ideal candidate will combine operational management expertise with consulting sensibility — someone who can manage people, processes, and clients with equal effectiveness.

The Operations Management Professional will be responsible for overseeing the operations/writing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. This includes managing the Kanban project pipeline, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to standard. Additionally, the role involves ensuring quality and compliance in ESG submissions, consultative reports, research deliverables, and CCP proposals.

The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for client communications and inputs. They will also establish best practices for efficiency, consistency, and quality across all projects. Furthermore, they will continuously improve internal processes to support scaling and delivery excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in consulting, grants advisory, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience managing deliverables-driven teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Singapore grants (EDG, CCP, etc.) will be highly valued.
