Hotel Operations Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hotel operations manager to oversee the daily activities of our establishment.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff members to ensure they meet their responsibilities and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining hotel facilities and public areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained. They will also supervise staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in hotel operations or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
