About the Role:

The Management Trainee will assist in daily store operations, attend to customers' requests efficiently, and maintain restaurant cleanliness. As you progress through the 12-month training program, you will gain hands-on experience in full outlet operations, backend kitchen duties, front-end customer services, tea-making procedures, product quality assurance, manpower planning, and cost controlling.

Phase 1: Basic and Work Shift Development (6 months)

  • You will be trained to handle full outlet operations, including backend kitchen duties, front-end customer services, tea-making procedures, product quality assurance, manpower planning, and cost controlling.

Phase 2: Training Store (2 months)

  • You will be assigned to other training outlets to apply your knowledge and guide new joins as a mentor/coach.

Phase 3: Leadership Development (2 months)

  • You will learn how to manage a store, understand business fundamentals, and develop leadership qualities.

Phase 4: QC/Training Course (2 months)

  • You will attend a Quality Control and Training course to equip yourself with essential expertise for future roles.

Key Responsibilities:
