Job Title: Business Process Innovator


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that impact business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-level solutions to illustrate the feasibility of achieving target business outcomes
  • Aligning solutions with organizational technology roadmaps and strategies
  • Working effectively with business users and internal technology teams to ensure all aspects of business requirements are defined and analyzed
  • Initiating implementation plans for Group T&O projects
  • Undertaking scoping and evaluation of new initiatives, defining overall considerations, and providing recommendations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams to define/clarify requirements
  • Reviewing test scenarios, helping plan and support user acceptance testing, and addressing any issues
  • Spotting potential problems, recognizing risk impacts, and proposing risk mitigation strategies
  • Managing communication and regular updates to business stakeholders on production incidents and problems impacting customer and business operations
  • Regularly reviewing system stability, responsiveness, production incident, problem tickets, and identifying root causes
  • Tracking continuous improvements and ensuring early identification and resolution of challenges impacting BAU systems
  • Building sustainable processes for measuring benefits and ensuring T&O resources are aligned to business initiatives providing the highest ROI
  • Improving systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, and implementing changes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong business domain knowledge in banking (Trade Finance)
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions meeting business objectives
  • Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions/departments in the industry
