  • We are seeking an Operations Professional to play a vital part in advancing our movement towards a healthier and more sustainable future.

  • Be responsible for providing operational support to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Liaise between teams to bridge operations disparities and support business models.
  • Lead reviews of agreements for operational feasibility and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Design and maintain databases, tracking and reporting business activities, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Support process improvements and participate in providing conceptualized feedbacks for betterment of current processes.
  • Account for incoming moneys and execute payments.
  • Build and maintain communication materials and operation manuals for workflows and guidelines.
  • Support customer experience through designing and delivering bespoke services.
">Requirements:">
  • Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Insurance Operations.
  • Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous, has an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter who constantly strives for excellence.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other applications.
