Professional Salary Consultant: Expert Leader in Payroll Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead end-to-end payroll transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and operational excellence for our clients.

You will be working with global stakeholders, leading project teams, and providing strategic guidance on best practices in payroll processes and technology.

This role involves implementing and rolling out SAP ECP solutions across APAC and/or global regions. You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define payroll transformation roadmaps, gather and validate payroll requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and drive configuration and testing.

The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise on ECP schemas, PCRs, off-cycle payroll, retro calculations, and payroll control center. They will manage data migration, integrations with EC and third-party systems, and end-to-end UAT cycles. Additionally, they will guide clients through compliance, statutory reporting (CPF, IRAS, etc.), and localization needs for Singapore and other countries.

Key Responsibilities:
