Job Title: Operational Excellence Professional

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Operational Excellence Professional.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To deliver operational process excellence by analyzing, designing, and improving business processes across various departments.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance process quality and efficiency.
  • To engage with Heads of Departments (HODs) and relevant stakeholders to validate and confirm identified processes, provide expert advice on process enhancements, and propose sound solutions to meet business requirements.
  • To support audit exercises and ensure compliance with business processes, as well as identify opportunities for process transformation and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering/Science and 3-5 years of related working experience in Business Process Analysis.

Key skills required include excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work meticulously in analysis/design documentation and be proactive in work delivery.

Strong analytical skills, experience in process mapping, optimization, and transformation are essential for success in this role.
