We are seeking a strategic and innovative People Engagement & Strategic Planning Specialist to drive transformative change within our organization.

This role will focus on implementing workforce development strategies, spearheading cultural transformation initiatives, and creating standardized training modules using eKBs for onboarding with measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement AI-driven workforce development strategies to enhance competencies.
  • Spearhead cultural transformation initiatives focusing on employee wellness and engagement.
  • Create comprehensive training modules using eKBs for onboarding with measurable learning outcomes.
  • Develop and drive a learning culture using the Triple E Framework.
People Engagement:
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of year-round skip-level meetings across multiple locations.
  • Plan and execute biannual town halls ensuring engaging and impactful events.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of the quarterly staff newsletter.
  • Manage annual Employee Engagement Survey and develop actionable insights.
  • Develop and design engaging media content for internal communications and engagement.
  • Plan and execute various employee events including wellness initiatives and volunteering opportunities.
  • Manage Intranet materials and lead monthly People Strategy Review.
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define short- and long-term priorities.
  • Manage annual scorecard exercise across departments.
  • Lead and manage management offsites twice a year.
Governance & Executive Support:
  • Serve as Secretariat for senior leadership managing meeting logistics.
  • Translate complex information into clear concise messages and craft compelling narratives for internal audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources Communications Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role preferably within a financial institution.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is essential.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in designing engaging media content and strong attention to detail.
