The Deputy Head of Employment will be responsible for leading our employment practice, providing strategic guidance to clients, and managing a team of lawyers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading our employment practice and developing strategies to grow our client base
  • Providing expert advice to clients on employment-related matters
  • Managing a team of lawyers and providing mentorship and coaching
  • Identifying business opportunities and developing partnerships
