They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Acted for an insurer successfully in a landmark case involving mass poaching and solicitation of agents.
  • Advise and represent employers and employees on a variety of employment matters, ranging from contentious to advisory and regulatory.
