Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being of residents within our care community. This position requires an empathetic person who can provide emotional support and companionship to residents with diverse needs.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to residents, actively listening to their concerns and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
  • Coordinate daily activities and services, taking into account individual preferences and requirements.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, toileting, and showering.
  • Maintain health status and vital signs for residents.
  • Perform tube feeding and NGT feeding for residents as needed.
  • Administer prescribed topical medications and conduct therapy interventions.
  • Undertake other duties assigned by supervisor.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Certificate or training in Healthcare Support and ITE Home Care program.
  • Desirable: experience in household management and/or eldercare.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
