We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Management Specialist to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:- The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring construction works, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and report any non-conformities.
- Participating in site coordination and quality meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
- Witnessing inspection and testing sessions to verify adherence to designs and specifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
- Registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Possession of a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS) is preferred.
