Site Management Specialist

As a Site Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules that align with organizational objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Estimate resource requirements and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate efforts with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals.

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction site management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Showcase expertise in managing construction schedules and budgets efficiently.
