Site Management Specialist Role

This role is crucial for coordinating project works on site. The Site Management Specialist will represent the ISO-Team and oversee all aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including planning, discussion with sub-contractors, and implementation.
  • Site Supervision: Manage and supervise project works, overseeing workers, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve any complaints or feedback from clients and residents regarding project works.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors on all project matters.
  • Progress Tracking: Attend site meetings, track work progress, and submit regular progress reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Project Completion: Coordinate project works to ensure successful completion and handover to clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation for projects, coordinate with other departments, and supervise project works.
  • Safety Procedures: Follow safety procedures, rules, and regulations, eliminating hazards at the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Building, Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), PC literate, and knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently, with a strong team player mindset and willingness to be stationed at the site office.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in the Building Construction Industry.
