EDM Machinist Wanted

High-Precision Components are calling for a skilled and detail-oriented EDM Machinist to join our precision engineering team.

Key Responsibilities include operating and maintaining Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM) for manufacturing high-precision components, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine machining operations.
  • Select appropriate electrodes, tools, and machine settings for the job.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in setting up and operating EDM machines for high-precision, close-tolerance machining.

Requirements include Proven experience as an EDM Machinist with a preference for CNC Wire-Cut and/or Sinker EDM. Additionally, candidates must be able to work well under pressure while consistently producing high-quality results.

Candidates should have a good understanding of Preventive Maintenance, Drilling, Troubleshooting, Metalworking, Housekeeping, 5S, Drawing, Electrical, CNC, Procurement, MS Word, Machining, Product Development, FEED, Manufacturing, Cutting, CAD, Lathe, and Mechanical Engineering.
