Maritime Logistics Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic and fast-paced maritime industry as a warehouse assistant. We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to assist with daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend onboard vessels, ensuring timely delivery of provisions and supplies;
- Monitor and manage vessel schedules, checking documents and permits for accuracy;
- Assist with packing and preparing inventory for shipment;
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment;
- Develop skills in warehousing, inventory management, and data entry.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Forklift license and Singapore Class 3 certification;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to work irregular hours and adapt to changing priorities.
