Job Title

A Data Governance Lead position has become available in a leading global real estate services firm.

Job Description

As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in establishing and implementing data governance frameworks that align with business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop comprehensive data governance policies, procedures, and roadmaps that meet the needs of senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with domain owners, data stewards, and other stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks. Your expertise in metadata management, reference data management, data quality, stakeholder management, and communications will be crucial in this role.

Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of data quality strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data governance initiatives, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically in data governance, metadata management, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant discipline such as Information Management or Mathematics/Statistics.
  • Expert skills in Agile/Program Management, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management, Data Quality, Stakeholder Management, Communications & Training.
