Job Title:
Data Governance Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Lead to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our data governance strategy across the enterprise. This includes ensuring that all data is managed in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Identify and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Design and implement data management processes, including data classification, retention, and disposal policies.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance principles and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing AI/ML models, with deep understanding of model governance and regulatory alignment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), especially with their governance and security features.
  • Proficiency in handling complex data types (structured, semi-structured, unstructured) within regulated environments.
