A global consultancy is looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead to join their team.

Your new role

  • Developed and implemented a tailored data governance framework, roadmap, and policies aligned with client needs.
  • Led metadata and data quality management, ensuring curated, accessible, and reliable data assets.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders and business units to define data standards, lineage, and governance principles.
  • Oversaw data stewardship and risk mitigation, driving compliance and continuous improvement in governance practices.
  • Provided leadership and coaching, articulating data governance value to stakeholders and mentoring team members.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines like information management.
  • Brings 10-12 years of domain experience, including 7 years in commercial real estate data governance.
  • Proven track record in leading senior stakeholder engagements and designing enterprise data governance frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Metadata Management, Data Quality strategy, and stakeholder communications and training.
  • Skilled in tools like DataIKU, Master Data Management, and Tableau.
  • Experienced in driving data culture transformation and bridging technical analytics with business data needs
