Job Title: Complex System Optimizer

As a Complex System Optimizer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of complex systems.

  • Carry out regular system checks and maintenance as per the standard checklist to guarantee efficiency.
  • Provide logistical support for spare units to ensure a satisfactory level of inventory.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
  • Respond promptly to fault cases referred by the helpdesk and address them efficiently.
  • Offer 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customer operational requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Possess Nitec or Diploma in Infocomm Technology.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and sensor systems such as Radar, AIS, and Video cameras.
  • Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • A flexible work schedule of 5 days a week with travel to site required as needed.
