Automotive Repair Specialist

As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and optimal operating condition of various types of vehicles. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems in vehicles, including using diagnostic tools and interpreting error codes.

  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks such as oil change, filter change, tire change, and fluid services.

  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and cost estimates.
  • Addressing customers' questions and concerns.
  • Testing-drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in the automotive servicing line is preferred.
  • Valid class 3 & 4 driving licenses.
  • Relevant academic qualifications such as Primary/Secondary, GCE 'O'/N', Professional Certificate/Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Degree in engineering.
