Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Recovery Technician to join our team. As a Vehicle Recovery Technician, you will be responsible for responding to job assignments promptly and performing on-site mechanic services. This includes restarting breakdown vehicles of AA members and corporate customers, observing safety practices during breakdown cases, and carrying out documentation as per vehicle recovery procedures.

In addition to these tasks, you will be expected to display basic customer service skills, safe-keep sales proceeds, and replenish service vans with batteries after sales have been made. You will also be responsible for undertaking daily vehicle serviceability checks and upskilling to provide corrective/preventive maintenance/testing and commissioning to EV chargers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is required.
  • You must be able to speak and write simple English.
  • A minimum qualification of NTC in Vehicle Mechanic or above is necessary.
  • You will be required to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Working experience in vehicle recovery services is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle repair/maintenance will be an added advantage.
  • No related experience with a willing-to-learn and positive attitude is welcome to apply.
