Workplace Health and Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Health and Risk Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and maintaining robust health and safety management systems.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving workplace health and safety performance through strategic measures. They will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, enforcing safe work procedures, and enhancing workplace health and safety performance.
This role involves:
- Establishing and maintaining health and safety management systems on-site
- Implementing project and corporate health and safety protocols to ensure consistency
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate workplace and process-related risks
- Developing and enforcing safe work procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Enhancing workplace health and safety performance through data-driven strategic measures
- Ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies and standards
- Providing in-house health and safety training sessions to equip colleagues with essential knowledge
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of improving workplace health and safety performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
