Senior Technology Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex technology projects.
The role involves end-to-end delivery across scope, time, and budget, managing Agile squads and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Lead full project lifecycle from proposal to implementation, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment.
- Establish and manage project structures, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive delivery of digital platforms across web and mobile, ensuring smooth integration with systems.
- Manage project financials and monitor performance against objectives.
- Oversee rollouts, go-lives, and handovers to operations, ensuring quality standards are met.
Risk & Compliance
Ensure projects meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to digital platforms, including cybersecurity and operational threats.
- Promote ethical conduct, integrity, and accountability across the project team.
Skill Requirements
We seek a candidate with:
- 10+ years of IT experience with proven expertise in project management (Waterfall & Agile).
- A track record of successfully delivering major projects within matrix environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels.
- A solid understanding of technology trends in financial services and digital platforms.
- Experience in Digital Banking Solutions; exposure to core banking, order management, or wealth platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
