Senior Delivery Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of technology initiatives within our private banking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Act as primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and decision-making with senior stakeholders in the private banking domain.
- Drive solution design discussions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical architecture.
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation to maintain delivery integrity.
- Ensure compliance with private banking regulations and internal governance frameworks.
- Foster continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record (8+ years) in technical delivery management within the private banking / wealth management domain.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Solid understanding of private banking products and services (e.g., client onboarding, portfolio management, investment products, regulatory compliance).
- Demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
