As a highly skilled legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business operations in the ASEAN region. You will negotiate and draft documentation for deals with our channel partners and customers to deliver connectivity, cloud, collaboration, security, and Splunk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build partnerships with senior leaders to ensure alignment in areas such as corporate governance, competition law, and anti-bribery laws.
  • Develop innovative legal solutions to business challenges while maintaining high standards of integrity, ethics, and transparency.
  • Provide legal support to sales teams engaging with customers across the ASEAN countries.
  • Advise on legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Law degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 5–8 years of law firm or relevant in-house legal experience.
  • Expertise: Legal knowledge of Singapore and other ASEAN countries, with Korean legal knowledge a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Direct negotiation experience in complex and large technology transactions is strongly desirable.
