We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT support specialist to join our team.

  • This is a critical role that requires someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Support:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level one technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.

  • Install and configure new equipment and software;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person;
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services;
Inventory Management:

The IT support specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that all assets are properly assigned and tracked.

  • Manage and update IT inventory, asset assignments, and audits;
  • Evaluate and implement processes to improve inventory management efficiency;
  • Provide regular reports on inventory status and trends to senior management;
Soft Skills:

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

  • Provide Level 1 helpdesk support (password resets, account unlocks, etc.);
  • Set up, configure, and decommission laptops, desktops, and iPhones for corporate use;
  • Install and troubleshoot software (Office 365, Zoom, Adobe, etc.);
