Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team at AP TECHNOLOGIES GROUP PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams in ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date QMS documents, including implementation, distribution, retrieval, obsolescence, archiving, and maintaining master lists.
  • Reviewing contents of QMS documents to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
  • Assisting in conducting line audits to verify operations and quality control adhere to controlled Work Instructions, Process Work Instructions, and inspection criteria.
  • Ensuring timely completion of Documented Historical Records (DHR) records in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and data integrity requirements.
  • Conducting New Employee Induction training on QMS awareness and document and records control requirements.
  • Managing calibration activities, including measurement equipment numbering assignment, updating calibration master lists, liaising with calibration suppliers, reviewing and maintaining calibration certificates, tracking equipment identification and calibration status, and managing updates for reference or out-of-service equipment.
  • Supporting internal audit, external audit, and customer audit by working with relevant departments on document preparation and review.
  • Supporting the quality department in drafting, updating, and reviewing procedures, work instructions, process work instructions, forms, and other documentation.
  • Routine 5S checks and identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A diploma qualification in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
