Job Title: Renal Enrolled Nurse

About the Role:
As a Renal Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting. Your primary focus will be on overseeing dialysis treatment from start to finish, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Additionally, you will assess patients' vital signs and conditions to provide personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by doctors, maintaining accurate records and monitoring patient response.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, including short- and long-term goals and progress notes.
  • Ongoing training provided to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing (or related field)
  • Experience working in dialysis or renal care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
