This is a senior role within our Pre-Operative & Admitting Services team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure seamless operation of admission centers.

  • Deliver pre-operative instructions to patients, providing clear guidance on procedures and requirements.">
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.">
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Hold a GCE 'O' / 'N' Level certification with at least one year of frontline customer service experience.">
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Experience with SAP systems is advantageous, although not essential.">
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 8:30am and 6:30pm on weekdays, with occasional overtime as required.">
